The scope of the assignment was to prepare the Terms of Reference (ToR) for railway signalling and telecommunication devices for the Client (IPF6 Consortium). The ToR contained the following elements:
  • • Station electronic interlocking devices
  • • Level crossing interlocking devices
  • • Centralized Traffic Control (CTC) system
  • • ETCS Level 1 system
  • • GSM-R network
