Services | Consultancy services for signalling/interlocking and telecommunication devices (modernization of railway line Nis-Dimitrovgrad-state border with Bulgaria)
The scope of the assignment was to perform consulting services on railway signalling and telecommunication devices for the Client (JSC “Infrastructure of Serbian Railways”). The primary provided services were the following:
  • • Independent review of the Contractor’s designs
  • • Preparation of several specific reports on possible improvements
  • • Technical support to the PIU unit in preparation of the procurement and resettlement documents
